In 1992, Bill earned his real estate license and began the practice of residential real estate representation. “I’ve learned that every transaction is different. Each property is different, as is the Buyer and Seller. The uniqueness of each deal is what makes this business so interesting.” It was in 2007 that Bill moved exclusively into the commercial real estate area. He has had success in marketing and selling raw land, office buildings, warehouse space, and retail sites. In addition, he has facilitated the lease of large office complexes and small one-man shops. “The challenge of finding the right space in the right location motivates me. I like putting the pieces together.”

Bill got his start in real estate with Kelly Dabbs Realty, a large independent agency in the Jackson Metro area. Following a successful career in the residential market, Bill found his niche in the commercial arena. Prior to his real estate career, Bill was a teacher, coach, and guidance counselor in the MS public school system. He also served his alma mater, Millsaps College, as Director of Alumni Relations in the mid-1980’s. “I feel like Jackson is home. My wife, Debbie, and I have raised a family (daughter, Lendon, and son, Bill, Jr.) here, and now live in the Madison area.  My business philosophy is rather informal. I’ve heard it said that ‘people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care’. That may be a cliché, but I’ve found that people/clients want to work with someone who has their best interest at heart.”
