Mark Warren Real Estate, Inc. was established in March of 2002. I formed the company as a new real estate broker to grow and service my personal commercial and residential transactions. But life has a way of changing your direction. Instead of continuing forward as a selling broker. I became the managing partner and Broker of ERA Real Estate Professionals, with six offices and approximately 50 associates. Over the last 18 years, as a managing broker/owner my companies closed over 4700 transactions and upwards of one billion dollars in real estate.  In 2015, I made a commitment to become more active as a selling broker in the commercial real estate market. Today, Mark Warren Real Estate, Inc is a full service brokerage specializing in commercial sales, leasing, and investments.

Mark Warren Real Estate provides commercial services for buying, selling, or leasing commercial real estate. We are committed to providing our client’s the highest level of service possible. We tailor our services to meet the needs of each purchase, sale, or lease transaction. Below are a few of our sales and services.


Sold - Ridgeland ms

This vacant retail center was approximately 51,640 square feet. The sale became more complex when the potential buyer required a new tenant lease to be in place. The center was purchased by an out of state investment company and leased to a regional discount center. We represented the seller.


Sold - Ridgeland MS

This 10,608 square foot office building had 30 offices and numerous other areas. The purchaser is in a very specialized industry and works closely with the state. We worked closely with the purchaser to make sure the building met their guidelines. 


Sold - Town of Lost Rabbit

This Traditional Neighborhood Development included 49 parcels containing 47 platted lots and 2 parcels containing an additional 44 acres. It is also lease hold land. Numerous homes were built, and the development included residential and commercial components. This sale required us to do a very detailed analysis of the each asset. We represented the seller.


Sold -Flowood MS

This property is located on a corner lot on a main transportation corridor. We determined one of the best marketing strategies was to market the parcel as a candidate for re-development. The land was worth more to the buyer than the building. Today it is home to a new financial company. We represented the seller.


Sold - Holmes County

1784 Acres sold by an international seller and purchased by a large farm REIT. The success of this transaction was made possible by the signing of a new lease which supported the purchase price.  The due diligence period took the better part of a year. Two Mississippi brokers and one International broker in Europe were involved in the sale.  


On The Market - Flowood MS

 This is 9.7-acre tract is zoned C-3. Understanding land use and zoning is critical to a good marketing strategy. We represent the seller on this tract.  


Sold - Hinds County

History, genetics, and the value added improvements are important factors to know and understand on a recreational tract. The improvements to the property, potential income streams like timber, cropland, recreational income, and any government conservation programs available are all important factors in determining a fair market price. On this complex 535 acre tract we represented the seller and sold it to an out of state buyer.



On The Market - Florence MS

We have represented numerous residential developers over the last 18 years. Currently, we represent two high end developments in our residential brokerage. Identifying land suitable for residential development requires a great deal of due diligence and understanding. Mark has testified as an expert witness on behalf of residential rezoning petitioners in both Madison and Rankin counties. We represent the seller on this 117-acre tract.


SOLD - Madison Co

This 4.24 acre partially completed marina is a very specialized sale. We represent the seller on this highly specialized asset.


SOLD - Ridgeland MS

This stand-alone office building contained approximately 5,000 square foot under roof. We structured a five year lease with multiple two year options. The Tenant  was a non-profit organization and the owner maintains it as a investment.


Leased-Meridian MS

This former Ryan’s Steakhouse was leased to a new tenant with restaurants through out the south. The new tenant is doing extensive remodeling to the 10,000 square foot building. We represented the real estate reit which owns the building.


On The Market - Pearl MS

For 20 years prior to Mark Warren Real Estate, Mark owned and operated a manufacturing company with warehousing and a fleet of transport trucks. He has built manufacturing facilities as well. This experience gives us a unique perspective when assisting our clients in the purchase or sale of an industrial site or an existing facility.

Mark has been broker and owner of Mark Warren Real Estate and Real Estate Professionals (Powerd by ERA) since 2002. His companies have closed upwards of one billion dollars of real estate since 2002.  Prior to his real estate career, Mark owned a manufacturing company which suppied component parts to the moble and modular home industry with sales and distribution throughout the south half of the US.

Ryan Nunley

Broker Associate; Commercial Appraiser

Ryan has been actively involved in real property appraisals since 2008 while working as an independent fee appraiser providing valuation services for a wide variety of property types for litigation, loan underwriting, property taxation, company and/or corporate negotiations, and estate planning for numerous clients in the state of Mississippi. Ryan became a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser working exclusively with commercial real estate beginning in 2014. In January 2018, Ryan became the Senior Appraiser at Valbridge Property Advisors | South | Central Mississippi. In 2021, he obtained the prestigious MAI designation by the Appraisal Institute. Ryan also holds a broker’s license in the state of Mississippi.
